Prices

All product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

The shipping charge applicable to an order will be displayed during checkout.

Standard shipping is Rs. 300, while orders of Rs. 2,999 or more qualify for free shipping, subject to the applicable shipping conditions.

Orders

When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to contact you to confirm order details, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders.

We may cancel an order if:

• The product is unavailable.

• The information provided is incorrect or incomplete.

• We are unable to verify the order.

• There is an obvious pricing or listing error.

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected when the order is delivered.

Customers should keep the required amount available when receiving the order.

50% Advance Payment

Where the 50% Advance Payment option is available, the customer is required to pay 50% of the order amount in advance, with the remaining 50% payable upon delivery.

Orders requiring an advance payment will be processed after the advance payment has been verified.

Shipping

We currently deliver within Pakistan.

Our standard estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after processing and dispatch.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds
